Jim has appeared as an expert witness, and a guest speaker at OMIA to discuss barn roof collapses after investigating a number of similar claims. He specializes in building failure investigations, remediation of damaged structures, structural design and project management.
Subhash Chugh, P.Eng.
Electrical
Subhash has over 25 years experience as an electrical engineer working as a plant engineer, a project engineer in switchgear, and a senior designer of transformers. Subhash investigates electrical problems leading to fire, and injury, and has testified as an expert.
Subhash has extensive experience in investigating problems in electrical systems and control systems in industrial and commercial buildings, and alarm systems in poultry and hog barns.
Glenn Tatsu
Drafting
Glenn is an Architectural Technologist/Designer holding a BCIN number with the Ontario Ministry of Housing and Municipal Affairs. He has over 6 yrs experience in residential and commercial design and 4 yrs. experience working on large bridges and culverts in the field of transportation structures. He has extensive drafting experience using multiple versions of AutoCAD and possesses 3D drafting skills in Goggle SketchUp, iRender Nxt, and Revit Architecture.
