Peter Johnston, P.Eng.
After graduating as a mechanical engineer, Peter became a metallurgical quality control inspector in the aircraft industry, moving to senior materials engineer.
Peter then spent seven years as a forensic engineer, where he trained as an accident reconstructionist, and had further training in metallurgy and fractography.
Peter has given expert evidence in court on numerous occasions.
He trained and was certified as a Fire Investigator, and then joined a municipal Fire Department, where he trained as a fire fighter.
He has extensive experience with failure analysis, accident reconstruction, fire investigation, and hazardous materials.
